We bought a land near Aluva Desom(Eco Village project). There were 27 plots and they did not take the development permit which was necessary and now none of the buyers are able to build a house in any of the plots.
The sales executives were very polite and seemed helpful in the beginning, but once the sale was done nobody even takes the phone. The owner is on the other hand quite rude. They also didn’t complete the work(road tiling inside the gated area, hosting electricity posts, water drainage, constructing a 2nd gate - all of which were promised at the time of sale). They won’t accept holding any payment on agreement of paying at completion. They blame you and say that if you don’t trust them, then no need to buy once they have taken the advance of 5 lakhs. And then we pay and they never complete or even take calls. Never ever buy from(gurukerala.com) or Identity Realtors(identityrealtors.com).
