I know this place as one of my colleague stay there. I have visited the place several times it just looks good from outside but from inside it is not a value for money place. I have heard many people saying the quality of the construction is not good, fittings that the Builder provides also of low quality, the parking space also has issues in it, the gas pipeline connection is very costly. Although it looks very elegant from outside and spacious but we don’t live outside the house we live inside it. So the Builder should concentrate more on people’s facility. it’s an average place, you can get a better place in same budget around it.
