Pls check all these points before you decide to move into H&M royal.
Poor construction.
Builder selling up visitor’s parking.
Poor material in kitchen sinks, platform etc.
Bathroom tiles of worst quality.
You have to pay for gas connection even though it’s very costly and have your own cylinder.
No intercom facility and hence high risk for security as anyone directly comes home and we don’t even know.
Builder charges high maintenance.
My list can go on and on...you better verify before you decide.
