Mr Ahmad hasan who was good IT professional turned into real state industry and started halal housing lured many IT professionals and people working in Gulf countries in his projects.
He idea was good but some how he badly missed in delivering the promises and deadlines dont know he is doing intentionally or not. I invested in saba valley project after years there were no progress he shifted into hayat valley project and i am still struggling to get any output on this project also.
Main problem with most of the investors they believed blindly in his promises and there is no physical connection with him. He used to post the projects in linkedin and whatsapp groups and used to sell them in hours. Investors thought Hasan is good man bcz of his appearance and trusted them invested money without meeting him.

Also, you can sell in minutes but deliver in years. You are the face value of halal housing, should give proper justifications, updates and face any challenges. Dont hide yourself from answering the queries.
