One of the worst apartment and one of the worst builder. think carefully before buying the apartment on Balagere road.
This road doesn;t have much development and having bottle neck at both the end. atleast needed 2 hours by car if going towards kadibishanhalli.
Also, it has security issue, Builder is not helping in making association, in Pearl shell, there is no association.
Recommendation: Buy apartment in better area and buy from the reputed builder.
