I bought a flat with Lake front few years ago. After a painful wait, the project is finally nearing completion. As many others have pointed out, I’m extermely happy about the shopping mall/hospital and schooling facilities. Specially since our 3 year old will be going to school soon.
All in all a very good buy in the current climate. Also have high profile apartments like Mantri/Hiranandani coming up nearby which means a prime location with quality population - a very important factor while considering a home or investment property.
