HM Construction Management is incompetent & unprof

It’s been years but no resolution is provided my HM on Khatha Transfer, Society Formation Documents, Basic Amenities Hygiene equipment & any awareness camps like Aadhaar etc. For any request, their standard answer is we are incompetent in handling such tasks due to lack of people or other resources.


The breakup provided at the time of buying flat was also very vague & they keep begging for money every now & than like a C grade builder.
