I had applied for house loan from HDFC through indiafinsol for a property in Ghaziabad. Mr Manoj was dealing with my case.
My experience with the company has been anything but good and as of now the loan has still not been released. Some of the problems faced are listed below.
1) The loan would have been approved in a shorter time through Hyd branch against Vaishali branch as advised by Manoj.
2) some delay was caused due to original sale aggrement reaching late, the original copy was submitted later as advised by manoj rather than with the loan application.
3) there’s been delay in legal and technical sanction by the bank. In contrast manoj had said that technical sanction would not be required since property is already financed by HDFC. The legal sanction got delayed due to original aggrement not reaching in time, once again due to incorrect info provided by manoj.
4) there has been no response on the phone of late as against the prompt calls made by him to me in order to coerce me to go with him for the loan rather than dealing with the bank people directly.
In view of the above, it’s my sincere request to the readers to deal with banks directly for your loans rather than a third party agent company like Indiafinsol pvt td
