Hiranandani has a great reputation and came highly recommended by many members in my family, some of them visited their powai project and were highly impressed, but all that being said its been a 8 years long wait now and still only promises and more down payments the dream is yet to be realized.
The latest promise after making a one lakh payment is the flat will be delivered in mar 2016, I’m very hopeful and keeping fingers crossed this wait will come to an end and it will be worth it.
Many negatives- minimum business ethics in behavior towards customers always feel threatened that if I don’t pay up I might lose the unit . No values or commitment for the money the customer paid but when it comes to their money it is valuable.
