I have booked flat in Ackruti Countrywood in Pune, At the time of booking I was very very happy that they will handover my flat in stipulated time, But after 3 years still I am waiting for the Flat, and as per work in progress it would take another 1 years.. (Hubtown)
They don’t care for the flat owners. They don’t reply to e-mails and letters on time.
