I reside in c block platinum city as tenant, a huge dead tree with no proper maintenance fell on my car and damaged most portion of my car, , IBC did not take any responsibility , whole weight of the tree was on the car for the whole day, what if some one was inside or near to the car, they showed zero responsibility
