The builder had built the Creations Valencia project in the same Navalur. I am residing in Valencia Apartment since I occupied the flat. We had seen many issues with the builder. The quality of the construction is very worst. The STP never works. Still we are facing the issue how to resolve the STP. Water quality is worst. Whatever the builder promised, they wont take into consideration once they sold. For example, they were marketing to sell the property saying, we have video door phone, 2 car parking slots etc. They had never done this. Water seepage is another problem. One of the worst quality they used for lift. Most of the time, the lift wont work in our apartment. We are still facing this issue. We are trying to seek another good quality lift with the help of association. Please consider all this and decide to but this builder’s propery.
