Very poor quality
Water leaks everywhere- water seepage from basement, from roof, pipe leaks, poor quality of plumbing materials
Collects one year advance maintenance fee and after possession again you will be asked to pay the maintenance fee for the current year in spite it is clearly mentioned in the document that you have already paid maintenance in advance for 1 year.
4.After sale service is very bad. No response for emails
After registration registrar charged additional 12000 to release the sale deed which the builder has to pay. At last builder will say that it was wrongly calculated so they are charging additional 12000. We don’t have any other choice other than paying as we need the document.
6.Now it almost 5 years completed still he need to settle 9 lakhs as corpus fund.
