I have booked an apartment in Phase 1on 2008 and made 90 % of payment, am yet to get the UDS registered - Don’t know when this will be done. Now they have increased the super built area to an extent of 105 SQfeet and demanding for extra 3 lakhs.
My bank is not releasing any more money as there is no visibility of UDS registration. They are real Bulls, never , ever go with them, however tempting it is.. The only communication that I used to get from them is the Demand for the next payment.. Its all Money
