I have booked Indiabulls golf city with construction linked payments plan and paid 20% booking amount, and plan was 20% payment for each slab and for next one year I have not received any payment reminder-
Suddenly after 1 year they mailed me payments requirement of almost 70%( in between there was no intimation of payments) then I requested for refund of booking amount and cancellation of my apartment.
And when I contacted the broker involve( Dilpesh Pandya who is a employee of Indiabulls security) he assured me that he will help me after giving all the required documents they promised to return the booking amount in 60 days, no almost 7 month and I have not received my Money back, I have send almost 1000 mail to them but still.
I have not received my money back, please beware of Indiabulls group and specially their brokers( mine was Dilpesh pandya) they will talk to u nicely and once booking is done then they will not help u so beware of Indiabulls and its employees and once money is with them there is no customer care and I request if anybody whose money is stucked with Indiabulls to reply and we can form a group and can see some legal opinion for these cheaters and take feed from others before buying Indiabulls property and beware of their housing loan, once you take the loan with them initial 6 months there rate of interest would be competitive then their interest rate would be much more then other bank
