I have been working with this company almost for 4 yrs till this time I am getting growth and seeing my sucsessful career as per my performance.
I’ll suggest who is struggling for career growth and permotion only they can join this company and definitely get it.
Who is performer they will get growth.
Otherwise non performers always give excuses and blame.
