This builder is a big FRAUD. The builder has not yet completed the Tower 6, 7 and 2 since last 10 years. The builder cheated many buyers including me. There are multiple legal cases against ILD. Don’t buy any flat from this crook. Don’t get trapped by the salesperson Mr. Chandramani Dubey(dishonest). Beware of ILD!
