I had booked a flat with this builder who is a BIG FRAUD. They cheated on many homebuyers. Many cases have been filed against them. Do not believe their salespersons. Their Directors Mr. Alimuddin, Mr. Salman and Mr. Imran are a big Fraud. When I went Legal they issued me fraud cheques which got bounced and they do not even care for Legal procedures. I recommend the Judiciary and the Govt. to take strict action against such builders.
