Whatever u do DO NOT TAKE THIS HOUSE. H 505 ITTINA MAHAVIR THE OWNER SHASHANK KARAN IS A REALLY GREEDY PERSON AND WILL TAKE SOME OF UR ADVANCE AMOUNT AS "BOOKING AMOUNT" AND WILL NOT RETURN IT. HE WONT PAINT THE HOUSE AND WILL DEDUCT 2 MONTHS FROM UR ADVANCW AMT. WE SUFFERED SO U DONT SUFFER
