My Biggest Blunder in life

I bought an apartment from Jain housing in 2007 and took possession of the same at the end of 2010.Since the day of booking to the day of possession we have go thru lot of hardships .Customer service is simply non-existent.


The quality of construction is pathetic.We can bear with the delay in delivery but there can be no compromise on Quality.I would suggest anyone planning to buy to check their past projects and you will thank yourself for doing so bcoz we did not do that and paid a huge price.Forget about the reviews here just visit their past projects like Jains Green Acres, Jains Kences Retreat, Jains Abhishek, Jains Sudarsana etc and decide for yourself .

Sorry for the delay in replyfirstly I would like to inform you that we have 24 to 25 projects across south India as our ongoing projects. We are known as one of the reputed builders in South India.Regarding quality we have periodic inspections and I believe all our projects till date are strong.I believe if you had met the right person at the office and with their supervision these undulations can be corrected then and there. However we have a strong team now and we address the issues and clear in quick span of time.I Purely understand that there was a delay in the projects but that was not only with us but every other builders faces that situation.All the projects you have mentioned are known for good elevation, design and also open space and landscape. Today all these projects have fetched you good appreciation in term of investment.However we have improved in terms of customer service and also building technology as the industry is growing.Kindly do let us know if you have any clarification and feel free to write to us
