Jains Sankalp Bangalore is supposed to be high end apartment. Even after 1.5 year completion, no legal clearance yet, no water, no proper lift, no sewage. very unprofessional working and poor customer service. OC with BBMP is stuck for more than one year, looks like Jains have some legal problem. They don’t get any clearance from govt & local BBMP.
Jains is not completing work in the building also like club house, painting, lift areas etc. very poor construction quality as well.
