Don’t ever get fooled by Jains Sales or marketing team, because you are in for a free ride then.Jains will not even live to the per s.ft promise because after completing project, they will ask you more money to hand over flat or they wont give you your booked flat. Flat - absolutely zero quality , third class material., third class in evrything starting from customer service department to the CEO. They will not do anything. No phone calls answered, only thing they will do promptly is ask for money.
They know only money ..they delay the project minimum by 2 years, they do not complete any of promised amenities, the customer service is a stupid , useless department, they will cheat you to the core right from per sft rate, service tax, modification charge and all. They collect so much service tax and they cheat the government also..they cheat people’s hard earned money
