In my own experience, I bought a new villa with jain housing. Before I went to jain housing, I analysed many builders in Chennai. Finally I choose jain housing because of their approach and the way they identify the clients requirements and try to fulfil their needs.
I had a regular contact with the construction team at different stages of the builders and they give proper response at each level.
