I booked a flat with Jain housing and got delayed by 1 year 9 months and their finishing was worst and I got stressed chasing them to complete and get the keys.  Please do not go to Jain. There are water seepage problems in the neigboring flats.




  1. Worth of investment - no




  2. Finishing - leakages, broken tiles, issues




  3. Timing - not meeting deadlines. Long delays




  4. Customer relations - worst - there is no integrity.




  5. Projects - There are core design issues, construction issues. I had moments with Jain General Manager too but even GM couldn’t deliver or care to deliver quality service for the money I gave.




  6. Common amenities - still it is not yet complete and there are issues.






7.Overall - don’t go Jain Housing.

We are extremely sorry for the delay in addressing your issues. firstly I would like to inform you that we have 24 to 25 projects across south India as our ongoing projects. We are known as one of the reputed builders in South India.Regarding quality we have periodic inspections and I believe all our projects till date are strong.I Purely understand that there was a delay in the projects but that was not only with us but every other builders faces that situation.I believe if you had met the right person at the office and with their supervision these undulations can be corrected then and there. However we have a strong team now and we address the issues and clear in quick span of time.Basically we intend to finish the project at the earliest rather hold the construction. Apparently there was a sudden market slow down and there was a sudden slow down in buying capacity of esteemed users like you, which in turn affected the sales and cash flow. However since we are competent in the market we promise to deliver the project however is the situation.We Always have a positive approach towards clients and we are ensuring that all our customers are today enjoying the benefits of their investments done with us.
