Jain Housing Naksatra Project

I booked 2 flats in Jain housing. Project delay is more than 18 months. No Compensation from them. But they charged delay payment even for 5/6 days delay in the part payment and charged more than a lakh during handover.This is a forgery group having their SAJAVAT for modifications. They charge 3 times than actual but wont do anything on time. When you call, front desk junk lady wont transfer your call to the concern person and she will say that they are busy with customers (even though they don’t have any work).Quality of Construction:This is very poor. Even a new mastri can construct a better job than what they do. I nearly made 1000 phone calls 2 to 3 everyday to get h/o of my flat on jun’10 which I was supposed to get on Sep’07. You cant meet the manager except the customer care persons. They will commit amenities but end up with nothing.OVERALL I BECAME A MAD PERSON AFTER BOOKING TILL I GET MY FLAT HANDOVER. SO NEW FLAT BOOKERS DONT CONSIDER GOING TO JAIN HOUSING. THEY WILL PROJECT HI-FI INITIALLY, BUT ONCE YOU BOOK YOU WILL BE THEIR SLAVES.


THINK TWICE, THRICE and DONT BOOK ANY FLATS IN JAIN HOUSING.

We are extremely sorry for the delay in reply.firstly I would like to inform you that we have 24 to 25 projects across south India as our ongoing projects. We are known as one of the reputed builders in South India.I believe if you had met the right person at the office and with their supervision these undulations can be corrected then and there. However we have a strong team now and we address the issues and clear in quick span of time. Basically we intend to finish the project at the earliest rather hold the construction. Apparently there was a sudden market slow down and there was a sudden slow down in buying capacity of esteemed users like you, which in turn affected the sales and cash flow. However since we are competent in the market we promise to deliver the project however is the situation.As a resident you will be a happy customer today,However keeping in mind your query,I would like to share that we had ensured that the project comes out well in terms of elevation, amenities and open space. We did have our own difficulties to manage the external factors and environmental factors which in turn had an adverse effect in few delays, but we ensured that the project has been handed over to all customers and today the price of that project is appreciated beyond you have imagined.Kindly do let us know if you have still issues and feel free to mail us and also provide your contact so that we can be in touch with you.
