NEVER BUY PROPERTY HERE!
They initially told me that few weeks of delay from bank is fine(through phone). But at the time of payment they are charging delay fine. This builder is liar and will surely frustrate you. Customers buy flats with some dream, but builders like these play with customer’s emotion and trust.
Location is very good, but the builder is one of the cheapest people I have seen. Whole Owner’s association is frustrated with builder. The quality of material used isn’t of good. Before buying the flat please meet someone from owner’s association. Always review you agreement/any document with any lawyer, and keep track of each and every conversation over email. Never ever rely on phone conversation. PLEASE BEWARE! THIS BUILDER WILL SCREW YOU UP BADLY.
