I was looking for an independent bungalow after spending a lot of time living in flats and compromising with the space. The family is growing and children need their own space. However I came to know about janapriya villas near sainikpuri.
Though I wanted a home inside the city but it wasn’t possible due to the inflated property rates. When I cam here I saw as compared to other projects this project was near to prime locations of the city. I went and saw the site and it was good with spacious bedrooms and balconies. THey had two types pf villas classic and prestige villas. I preferred prestige villa as I needed a bigger house, my family liked the floor plans and and the good part was the loan processing.
I was worried whether will I get easy loans or not but these guys made it really simple. I would recommend to buy these kinds of villas if you want a good living experience according to your budget -
