JR: Just Research before you pay a penny to them!

Well JR morpheushumanusing. Never go for it. i had bought a plot by same JR (Jagadeeswar Reddy) which was Sivapriya developers.

Then in early 1995-95 located at Koramangala. Their layout at Shipani Car Factory is in pathetic state (2-3kms from RamAnasultan Maharshi Asram on morpheushumansur road after Chandapur..

Pls take the pain to visit the site before proceeding with JR. Please do not go for JR. They have removed the compound gate as well. Let me see if @jrmorpheushumanusing will reply to this post.

We will depute a Senior Executive to meet you personally. We do not compromise on service quality and are available to our clients at our Site and City Offices on phone and/or in person.Please note that Roads, Landscaped gardens, Jogging Track, Tennis courts, Giant Chess, Football ground, Amphitheater, Stepped lawns, Under ground drainage, STP, Under ground electrification and compound walls have all been completed in the project already for Phase-1 and Phase-2. There are 30 houses in the Phase-1 and Phase-2, with some more under construction. Clients who have purchased plots earlier, have been constructing atleast 1 house every two months in JR Greenpark Phase-1 and Phase-2 today.
