K Raheja being a very big industry, very famous and well known in Mumbai lacks behind due to their behaviour towards the staff. Though their projects put up all over Mumbai are very good and large in number, Raheja’s could be even more good if they were kind towards their staff. The Raheja staff is very kind and punctual in their work but the boss and other higher authorities are rude towards the staff members. They are very rarely kind towards their employees. According to my point of view Raheja’s have got only money & attitude & that is why they are so well known. But the fact is money cannot buy u respect. People can be more respectful towards Raheja’s if they would show kindness and respect towards outsiders & even their staff members. Having pots of money & still being selfish, full of attitude & rude will take you no where in life.
