Do not recommend this builder. We purchased flat with Kakkad Developments in 2013 but the builder found very poor & unprofessional in his responses to resolve genuine issues. The quality of work is below average inside the flat & kitchen. No request honored during construction to make minor changes. Promised amenities were not provided, basic necessities like CCTV & proper club house was not provided. No sufficient water connections & water supply was given from PMC.
