I stay in a building constructed by kamla constructions. And I have to point out that they are unprofessional and have fallen short in certain key areas.
Well its been almost a decade now however the society has not received its OC and has not been registered.
The society decions are pending in the municipal office and the builder has no time for completing the formalities and paper work.
Another aspect is that of poor upkeep and maintenance. This property is still in the builder’s name and hence it is their responsibility to get the repairs and paint work done in a timely manner.
The most shocking part is that they have constructed few shops on the ground floor and those have been determined to be illegal. Its such a mess. I urge everyone to please be careful if you are planning to invest in any project by kamla constructions.
