Very slow work progress of ’C’ block of SAIL CITY, ranchi project. Had booked in 2008 and still they have not handed me the flat. However, they have taken the entire payment...every single penny.
They have got the flat handing over document signed with the pretext that it was necessary for registry and got the flat registered and mutation done too in 2014 with the promise that it will be handed over in Dec 2014. Then they promised in July 2015.
That has also gone. On any day, if one visits the site, one can find only 3-4 labour working in the entire building!! I asked one of the labours- ’How much time will it take for finishing?’ He replied- "Abhi 10 saal aur lagega saheb!" The entire Sail City looks activity-less. Our hard earned money seems doomed and God only knows when we will get the keys to our flat. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ANY KASHISH PROJECT.
