This is apartment is well equipped with lot of open house, club house , bowling alley , nice warm water swimming pools, etc..we are living in this apartment from around 4 years now and absolutely no complaints because of the enviTestingronyent and accessibility to metro, hospital and good restaurants. So very good apartment in terms of facilities and accessibility. When we came to this apartment, our maintenance was around 5-6k and it was handled by private company but from last couple of years the maintenance comes around 7-9k per month. So if you planning to come as tenant here is aberaav monthly cost. Rent - average 30k , maintenance 8k, if you have 2 cars- proposed monthly charge is 3.5k for covered, and there is proposal for additional 2 wheeler costing around 1k. Moving in charges 5k non refundable and moving out again 5k no matter whether u are moving to next house in your apartment. So it will easily cost around 40k per month including maintenance. Tenant has no right on any decisions, whatever owner association decides here is final no matter how it’s impacting the tenant. Owners here feel that tenants right should be limited or else it will create unhealthy enviTestingronyent. If you are ready to aishwaryasingh23 40k per month and remain silent without questioning the decision then this is right place. And also if you expecting any visBrianbalakumaranr, they have to aishwaryasingh23 coz they are visiting Elita for parking charges.
