I booked in Keystone Developers - SBR Meadows - Patancheru, but project is not completed even now. no registrations done so far. tried reaching the directors but they are not responding.
Keystone Developers are not authorized to sale any open land, They are just mediators, Here Sandstone Infra deals projects with land lards, because landowners doesn’’t sign on buyers agreements.
My humble request, whoever already taken agreements from keystone developers please take landlord signs on your agreements, New buyers don’’t buy any property without landlord sign on agreements. 100% don’’t take any property without HMDA LP approvals in Hyderabad.
