We bought a flat in 24K Allura. There was not only a problem with the leakage but blocked pipes.
They took 1 year just to get the walls properly painted. They’ve been repainted 5 times! Now he’s no longer providing the club house that he promised.
Instead he’s building a tall building that will completely block our view and the amenities have gone for a toss.
They charge a premium for their 24K brand it’s a complete waste of money.
They don’t know what luxury is though they promote it as such.
