I booked flat in Nov 2014 with laugh date in Jan 2015. Since then I am waiting for launch. Project Layout has been changed, Flat floor plan has been changed. Lower per sq ft rate has been offered to candidates who book after me. Upon asking to pass the rate benefit, I was answered that it’s like share market or car deal.
I booked flat with 20% downpayment and till date project is not launched(19th Dec’ 2015). Till date I have booked loss of 1.5 lakhs and there is no consideration from Kolte Patil’s team.
