My experience is - You buy an apartment in Kolte Patil project with a hope that you are dealing with a good and professional organization.
FORGET ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM, FORGET ABOUT EVEN THE BASIC BUSINESS SENSE.
Once you have paid the money they will not listen to your genuine problems. Their staff behaves like they are working in NAMO’s office. You beg for appointment with directors but they have no time for you. You write to them. They do not reply. You talk tough and they ask you to go to court. They say, " We already have 246 legal cases against. Your’s will be 247th"
THEY DO NOT CARE!
However, you can see big hoardings on the road announcing some glamorous projects all the time.
