Booked a 3BHK in IVY Botanica. Excellent project with all the amenities. But one major flaw is in the blueprint of project. Like 3bhk is made up of two 1BHK’s. SBI don’t give loan to such a plan. But all other banks are ready to give loans(HDFC, LIC, ICCI, STANDARD CHARTERED). But the actual blueprint is different and the construction plan in different.
Always check for the blueprint first. It was a very rare experience. After complaining, builder has applied for review of blueprint. Now everything is ok. Very good customer service.
