I am staying in Margosa Heights build by KoltePpatil near by NIBM road. I am having a very bad experience over here. Management is not at all good. All of sudden water supply, electricity supply will get disconnected and when you will try to contact security then you will find out security is not there.
It’s really sad and disappointing. I will never suggest anyone to take up any projects built by Kolte Patil.
Management is very poor and not at all worth staying over here.
