Don’t buy any flat from Kolte Patil. I bought flat in Ivy Estate, construction quality is so poor, management is totally commision khor, and not supportive. Customer care is useless.
They have delayed projects for more than six months. They are the most horrible builders. Every change they need money, the whole staff is greedy.
