I had booked a flat with Kolte Patil in BERYL, Kharadi , I think it was a measure mistake I did in life. their Kharadi property is under litigation and project not moving ahead.
Kolte Patil traditionally know for delays in project , their other project called ’Lush COUNTY’ in Wagholi Pune also now re-branded as ’IVy Estate’ many people have removed their money from project after waiting for year, same happening with Beryl in Kharadi.
If you want peace of mind please please do not go with KOLTE PATIL’S .
