I went to krish property developers for building the new home and if possible get a flat.I was told that everything will be done in front of me and every detail will be asked personally if needed.And a complete satisfaction will be given and all the work will be completed on schedule maybe a delay of 2-3 weeks max but will be on time.
But all this was a lie, the agreement was made, the advance was given and it started for 1 month and it went really slow .In 2nd month there was almost no progress at all and then the 3rd every requirement was not getting fulfilled so they even took the future maintainace charges as a bonus.
After almost 10 months there is still a structure made with no proper construction and is on stay.I am very disappointed as I was told a max of 6 months .The developer wont pick call and the process is going really slow and to be finished at 16th month
I am not sure about future and its construction promises all are fake.After such a bitter experiance I will not at all recommend you . Stay away stay safe .
