We have booked flat in Krishna Gold Fields, near elctronics city. After few months they changed their plan, we didnt like it so we cancelled it. While booking the flat they told that, if we cancel it they will pay back our deposit in 30-60 days. But after 100 days our cancellation also they didnt issue a refund cheque to us. After begging many times finaly they issue 16 days postdated cheque(100 days+ 16 days). 10th April 2017 the great CRM Prabha(The arogent lady) called and told not to present the cheque on 10th April insted 12th April I need to deposit.
On 12th April 2017, I have deposited the chque at 9:30. By 10:30 CRM Prabha Calling and told not deposit the cheque. I told as per your insturction I have deposited. Then she told funds will come only 14th Evening, so if the cheque retruned you redeposit on Saturday that is 15th April 2017. I have deposited on 15th April 2017. But Again it is returned. After
that many times I called, texted, mailed but no reply. Later one represenative called and told that if we provide RTGS details, they will transfer the funds. But till today they have not transfered the fund.
Inbetween this she started thretning me & litrelly shouting at me, saying that "we dont have funds now, you can go legally, If you go legally that is good for our company, because, that will take long time, you can do whatever you want and all" she said over the phone.
Like me, another person also following up for the refund and struggling. While taking the deposit from us CRM Prabha spoke very sweetky & now started shouting at us. Dono when I am getting my refund:(
