I regret to inform potential investors and residents considering KRS Radha Rani Township in Sanket(Barsana) that my experience with the owners, Jai Parkash Tyagi and Naresh Tyagi, has been profoundly disappointing. Their conduct is reminiscent of a mafia operation rather than a reputable real estate enterprise.
The inhabitants of this colony find themselves without basic necessities such as water, proper roads, sewage systems, and security. Despite the company’s assurances to provide these amenities, they have failed miserably in delivering on their promises.
One of the most glaring issues is the absence of customer care services and a viable means of communication. There is no functional email system to address grievances, leaving residents feeling abandoned and helpless. Attempts to contact the owners result in confrontations akin to dealing with local thugs rather than respectable businessmen.
It is imperative for both the Radha Rani Township plot owners and government authorities to intervene and take decisive action against these unscrupulous owners.
Moreover, the management team, particularly Krishna, has proven to be utterly inept and incapable of addressing residents’ concerns or managing the property effectively. Furthermore, individuals like Pushpendra Tayagi seem to serve only the interests of the Tyagi family rather than genuinely representing the community’s needs.
For anyone contemplating investing in this project, I urge extreme caution. The lack of management and accountability means that your investment is at significant risk of being squandered. Without proper infrastructure or responsible oversight, your hard-earned money is likely to be lost in a venture devoid of any semblance of professionalism or reliability.
