I am very happy that I chose Kumar builders. One builder in Kalyani Nagar have taken my booking amount and refused to give the possession of flat completely. In fact, they didn’t delayed but completely refused to give my flat. I gave down-payment of 15 lakh. All goes waste. I was about to die. I and my husband are not IT professionals who have lots of money. We just run a confectionery shop in Baner. In this situation what a person will do.We are not educated that much. But I trying to write that where everyone seems hopeless. The only builder that gave us hope was Kumar builders. We heard lot bad reviews about this builder. But, believe me there was nothing bad with us. No hassles and timely project. Thanks Kumar builders.
