Message Sent to Kumar folks , this will let you folks know the level of frustation we are going through,
Seems like you ( read New Management at Kumar )are new entrant to KB team for Kumar Shantiniketan. Lets me brief you about so far story behind building the Kumar Shantiniketan. Most of us booked our so called dream flat in 2005 August when there was empty land and stones laying arround, that means we blindly trusted KB.Now its been close to 5 years and still the place is not even in livable condition. To reach to current condition all of us at Kumar Shantiniketan had several meetings with KB including Mr. Lalitkumar Jain and Ms Kruti Jain. We left all over work and every weekend we used to sit at KB office at Camp to discuss and further course of action. Every meeting Mr. Jain took us for granted and requested us to bare with him and give him our full support which we gave. Every time false promises and we accepted thinking this time the target will be achieved. Now the water is flowing over head and NO MORE trust with KB so called "We Build Trust". Just visit any of the so called finished and possession given flat and see the quality of work being compromised in each flat. It starts right from the main door, seems like the door is brought from Dharavi slums, which are not even locking properly. The all the rooms wherever plumbing is their is leaking, on complaint will be give temporary solution and as soon as the person leaves, it starts again leaking. All the parking area is leaking heavily and giving us feeling of rainy season in summer also. for past 3 months we are listening to solar water heater being working, but never I had seen getting hot water at my house.
Now enough is enough, we are not going to listen to you any more and we will be taking our own course of action.
