Kumar Builders are one of the worst builders in Pune. Its a humble request to all not to consider them. Their political nexus only keep them going however they lack professional approach.
They do not complete projects and not fullfill promises made. They do not even bother to respect the agreement. Just visit Kumar Shantiniketan in Pashan and the project is still not finished after 6 years. Its possession was due 3 years before.
May GOD save all of us from such buildrs. Unfortunately, our media does not want such news and they are unable to help the people who are suffering from problems of such Builders. May be the upcoming regulator for Builders would help but it will take long time. Lets hope for the best.
