KUL - Worst Experience do not go for this builder

I have booked flat at Kul Ecoloch phase 1, Mahalunge, Pune in Apr 2012 with commitment of possession in Dec 2013, but till date we haven’t got possession.I do follow ups with builder monthly/ by weekly, but every time when I ask for possession date, we used to get new passion date.


I think we all have to take legal action on our financial losses.
