Hi,
Its better if you work on the ground reality rather covering up your worse customer satisfaction. As I can see the tagline in above pictureDelivered more than what we committed, below is my response for the same-
At the time of flat booking, a very high profile video of dream township was shown to me that included smooth flat road from Balewadi stadium to Kul Ecoloch, nice connectivity with Hinjewadi and Balewadi, water treatment plant, grocery shops, hospital, gymnasium, 24X7 security at each society etc.
Unlike what was committed, the ground reality covers Kul Ecoloch surrounded by sand and dusty surface, stones spread-over within Kul periphery inviting two wheelers to get skid, no cemented road connecting Balewadi and Hinjewadi, non functional bridge connecting to Hinjewadi, no hospital for emergency illness, no gymnasium, no security guard available 24X7 at each society, no water treatment plant to reduce boring water TDS and harmful chemicals that causes diseases, no grocery shops forcing families to run upto 3 KMs to get the errands everyday, no internet connection available, no labour working to finish up remaining flats/infrastructure and most importantly no customer care team to address society members issues(Ive seen your sales office representatives to ignore/reject 100s of phone calls without even knowing end users pain points).
So, at the end, here is my advice to the Kul management - get some money from your other investments and spend it in Kul Ecoloch to finish it off in a decent manner. Its been almost six years since Kul Ecoloch, phase 1 was launched and still its in worse condition.
Regards,
Kul Ecoloch Flat Buyer
