Kumar Builders are one of the most fraud Builders I have known. Booked a flat in KUL NATION in 2013 and even after 4 years the building stands incomplete. These guys have only consumed all the money from demand and used it somewhere else.They surely have a huge backlog. I made a mistake buying a property with these guys. Construction is always slow. Haven’t registered with RERA as on date. Please do not believe the fake reviews submitted by their own staff members.
Do not commit a blunder dealing with KUMAR BUILDERS. Absolutely terrible service and coward behaviour by the head Lalit Jain.
